Keep it Up Challenge

Exercise 30 minutes per day

From November 1st to November 30th, we challenge you to be active and Keep it Up! Walk, jog, run, or climb stairs...your choice! For the entire month of November, your goal is to get active for 30 minutes each day. The Mayo Clinic recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity each day. Let's see if we can achieve this together!!!
